Chocolate Kiss Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar - packed
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 egg
2 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
48 Hershey's Kisses™ Directions:In a large bowl, combine flour, soda and salt. Cream together
shortening and sugars in a separate bowl. Add in egg, milk and vanilla.Mix with dry ingredients and peanut butter. Mix with an electric mixer on medium until well combined and smooth. Chill for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for
about 12 minutes until light brown. Remove from oven and immediately press a Kiss into the center of each.Yield: About 48 cookies.
