Easy Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup granulated
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix ingredients.

Roll into balls about 3/4-inch in diameter.  Place balls 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork.

Bake for 10 minutes or so (until lightly brown).

Yield:  About 20 cookies.
