Honey Lover's Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 stick butter
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup honey
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375F.

In a medium bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter and sugar.

Add honey and eggs and mix well.

Combine flour and baking powder, then add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Roll dough into balls and place on cookie sheet, flattening with a fork.

Bake 15 minutes.

Yield: About 36 cookies.
