No-Bake Rocky Road Cookie Recipe 

Ingredients:

1 bag chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. butter or margarine
2 cup salted peanuts
1 cup maraschino cherries, halved (optional)
1 package colored miniature marshmallows

Directions:

In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with condensed milk and butter.

Remove from heat, set aside to cool slightly.

In large bowl, combine peanuts, cherries and marshmallows. Fold into chocolate mixture.

In a 13 x 9" pan lined with waxed paper, evently spread mixture.

Chill for 2 hours or until firm.

Remove from pan, peel off wax paper and cut into squares.
 
Yield:  About 40 cookies.
