Walnut Brandy Balls Christmas Cookie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened 1/2 powdered sugar, sifted 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon brandy 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup flour, sifted 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts Additional powdered sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Cream together butter, sugar and salt until fluffy.
Stir in brandy and vanilla; add flour and nuts. Mix well.
Shape into 3/4-inch balls.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool; roll in powdered sugar.
Yield: About 36 cookies.
